diablo: I don't think anyone knows why the price is falling but some pretty logical possibilities have already been discussed. The stock is below its 200 day moving average, which a lot of momentum players use as a sell signal. There is weakness in the NASDAQ. It is tax-selling season. My guess is that without fundamental news, the stock will remain weak for the rest of this month, but could get a nice pop in January even without news.

A stock with no earnings and no revenue is speculative and is going to be subject to volatility. As long as the fundamental picture is intact--and there is no evidence to suggest it isn't--there is no cause for undue concern.
