On average 27 people a day die in alcohol related traffic accidents. Something must be done.

Simple proposals really, nothing to limit your enjoyment and the primary purpose of drinking.

Limit all purchases to two cans of beer. Ban all 6, 12, 18, and 30 packs of beer. Anyone drinking more than two beers is a threat to society. What would one person be doing with an 18 pack of beer?

All cans of beer will be limited to 8 ounces. All manufacture, sale, and possession of any containers larger than 8oz are banned.

All purchases must be subject to a 15 day cooling off period.

All beer purchases must be registered. All cans of beer must have serial numbers and those numbers will be registered in a national database at time of purpose. Everyone purchasing beer will have a mandatory background check during each purchase.

The public will be notified immediately the next day in all media outlets of beer purchases. Buyer's names, addresses, type, and quantity of beer will be published.

All private transfer of beer will be subject to the same laws as above.

27 people a day die just from alcohol related traffic accidents.

27 a day!

Something must be done.

And that's not including the health care system burden, the costs, the destroyed families due to alcohol consumption.
