I don't think NN has any intentions of selling UB. They are simply going to integrate what they can as successfully as possible. They are probably going to attempt to streamline manufacturing processes as much as possible and may be letting go part of the sales force as well. We are going to have to bite the bullet here for a while longer because there will be more write offs associated with letting these people go. However the WAN market is still extremely strong for NN. There have to be so many contracts yet to be announced with major telecom companies that it will make your head spin. That's why NN stays as strong as it does... So is it a good buy? I think so. One thing for certain I sure as heck wouldn't be selling at this time. Regards, Jeff
