Hello Vincent;*Newsrelease* Globe says Venezuelan court decision expected by December 15 Crystallex International Corporation KRY Shares issued 28,224,929 Dec 2 close $5.50 Wed 3 Dec 97 In the News Also Placer Dome Inc (PDG) The Globe and Mail reports in its Wednesday, December 3, edition that the Venezuelan Supreme Court says it expects to decide by December 15 whether to hear claims by Crystallex International to the country's largest gold mine. The Globe's News bulletins column reports that in October, the court said a decision would be made by late November. The court will decide whether to hear Crystallex's claims to the Las Cristinas mine, and is also expected to rule on whether to hear the company's claims to copper deposits at the mine.
