Do you even know what products Cabletron produces? SHVA and CS aren't even close to being the same company. Cabletron produces the premier enterprise management software platform, SPECTRUM. Cabletron produces the premier modular enterprise switching platform, the MMAC+ (In spite of what Bay, 3Com or Cisco think!).

SHVA isn't even in the same industry!
