Very much agreed, across the board. The internet has and will be a truly huge game changer. Never before in Earth history has there been something that can connect virtually everyone on the planet, while also making past repository efforts like the Library of Alexandria look smaller than a microbe. The death of Aaron Swartz, whether of nefarious causes or not, leaves a large void in the InterTubes. :(
