<<<At least they generally have a good sense of direction. When they smell nervousness in the atmosphere, they downgrade and here goes the selling and the shorts; and at the same token, when they sense some excitement, they will issue an upgrade.>>>
To All,
Remember that these analyst had strong buys on CYMI in the forties, and after the stock took several hits and was in the twenties the analyist moved to hold and sell. If that is the critieria for predicting we can all do it. When Zack's has a consenses rating for a strong buy on a stock (1), I usually find it fairly valued to over valued already, who wants to put their money into a stock that has already made its run up? They do get it right often enough though, and a stock goes for a nice run up, the next problem is when to get off, and as stated before, it is obvious to everyone where it would have been best to sell when the down grade finialy comes. Mr K. is like the bible for some investors so we will have to weather yet another storm in this sector. Its seems to me that a lot of wealth is changing hands in the tech sector and I want to be that part picking it up, I suspect there are many others quitely doing the same.
