For the last 100 years the only people who have helped society and the people have been the liberals.

Teddy Roosevelt taking on the plutocrats.

Help women get the vote.

Helping form unions to get fair wages, hours and safe working condiitons; and fight the tyranny big business and factory owners heaped on the working man in early 1900's.

The New Deal and social security.

Fighting racism.

The great society.

1964 civil rights act.

Helping gays get the right to marry.

Raising the minimum wage.

You need to read some history dude.

<<What anecdotal means. It means you don't give a damn about real people. Being a liberal, you deem yourself to be compassionate and emphatic about People in general, because you can pretend that makes you nobler than others. In terms of real people, though, you couldn't care less.

The gap between liberal self-image and liberal reality is enormous.
