Dwight Walker – CEO

Mr. Walker has over 30 years experience in financial and administrative management. He most recently acted as CFO and Secretary of ECU Silver Mining Inc., an emerging silver producer operating in Mexico, which was acquired by Denver based, Golden Minerals Company. Mr. Walker also acts as Chief Financial Officer of Red Cloud Mining Capital Inc., which provides capital markets advisory services to emerging mining companies.

Steve Brunelle – Director

Mr. Brunelle is a graduate of Queen’s University with 30 years of exploration and management experience of Canadian and international exploration projects. Mr. Brunelle was an Officer and Director of Corner Bay Silver Inc. and played an integral part in the discovery and assessment of the Alamo Dorado silver-gold project in Sonora, Mexico. Corner Bay Silver (TSX) was merged with Pan American Silver Corp. in 2003. Mr. Brunelle was a founder, Officer and Director of Stingray Copper Inc. that took the El Pilar Copper Property, Sonora to Feasibility after which the company was acquired by Mercator Minerals Ltd. in a plan of arrangement in December 2009. Mr. Brunelle is currently CEO, President and Director of Amerix Precious Metals Corporation as well as a Director of both Duran Ventures Inc., and Messina Minerals Inc.

Jeff Reeder – Director

Jeffrey J. Reeder, P. Geo., has a B.Sc. from the University of Alberta and since 1992 has been registered as a professional geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Reeder was the founding shareholder of Rio Silver Exploration and is the CEO for Duran Ventures and the Chairman of the Board for Amerix Precious Metals. Mr. Reeder is the geologist that originally identified and acquired the Aguila copper-moly project in Peru for MacMillan Gold Corp. (now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Duran Ventures) and is also responsible for identifying the Pinaya Copper-Gold project currently being explored by AM Gold Inc. Mr. Reeder has 17 years of experience in Peru and is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Reeder's experiences prior to working in Peru was with Noranda Exploration and the Hunter-Dickenson Group of Companies.
