If you ignore your points about different countries, different legal systems, and different regulatory agencies... and that they are two extremely different companies, involving a set of two extremely different circumstances and facts surrounding their actions, that really have absolutely nothing in common, then it's similar to JBI! It's like posting on a message board "Some guy is being tried for murder in Czechoslovakia. That makes it similar to Joe Blow being tried for murder in the United States. " And then when the guy in Czechoslovakia is found NOT GUILTY, another person responds: "Wow! That must mean I should bet on Joe Blow getting off too!
