Apple is trading around a 40% discount to it's PE over the past couple of years.
I was pulling this up on YCharts again last night trying to make sense of it. The PE could always go lower but it looks like 12 or so is a bottom. If so, the stock price has to go up to maintain that PE since I have no doubt that the E is increasing even if at a slower rate.

But, what irritates me is looking at other companies with relatively miniscule growth rates trading at higher PEs. No logic in the market.

It's a keeper going into earnings from here.

You and I know it. Let's just hope the rest of the world figures this out. Also, I am confidant we will get some sort of run up leading up to or after earnings. But, I am still concerned that the naysayers will be able to take it down again until Apple releases significant new products. I think we are in for the roller coaster ride to continue the next few months.
