Let's take a look at what information is in the public domain. We know that there are around 800 share holders plus institutional holders and insiders. If we accept the fact that Valence is close to production and OEM contracts and that most stockholders are aware of this info why would anyone be a seller? Either the information is flawed ( can anyone spell "pump and dump") or stockholders are uninformed (I doubt this) or the info is accurate but stockholders don't believe it. It's hard to believe that a significant number of investors would take a tax loss and then buy back at much higher levels once news is announced. I should add that I am a long time holder of Valence, it makes up a large portion of my holdings and that I was around for the fall from 20 to 4. The recent drop in price feels all too familiar.
