Sowell is a clown. Just look at the 1964 civil rights act vote. Every liberal voted for it. Everyone. And every conservative voted against it. That is why Blacks vote overwhelmingly for dems and it makes perfect sense. They have been on their side. The pubs have never helped them out. All they do is scold them. The pubs took over the south be helping the whites/dixiecrats supress the 64 civil rights act.
