THAT liberals/dems are hurting the African Americans by helping them is a stupid theory put forth by stupid people as a rationalization for their not caring about helping the poor. It is not seen as a viable theory in the academic community, or among much of anyone else, and I have a couple of degress in the social sciences. <<You're a clown. Sowell is one of our leading economists and intellectuals. You ignore his points that liberal "help" has been disastrous. Liberals don't care. It's all about the liberal pose, making themselves feel noble regardless of the negative consequences.
