To all, Rentek issued an s-3 today on edgar. Everytime I read these things I wonder what happened to the "plain english" iniatiative that was proposed in regards to edgar filings as they always seem so convoluted to me. Anyway, if anyone here reads it, it relates to the registering of 6 million shares for various selling share- holders. Are these the shares for the okon purchase? I will go go back and read it more throughly later but if anyone has a take on this I would appreciate your input. Regards,p.b.
