This is good. Trial Verdict Expected tomorrow on Nortel Fraud Case..... ....This one is very subjective and similar to JBI. Accounting issues... what the burden of management is ie. they "ought to have known" vs. they trusted the numbers given, didn't know, etc. This is a benchmark by which the attitude of the courts in Canada towards white-collar crime will be judged..... .......Different accounting issues than JBI, same root or overarching issue..
