Pass for me on asset manager CLMS. Same reason as I had in past look -- financial structure too complex/incomprehensible for me. I'm not willing to spend the time to understand it enough to make a small buy, and I wouldn't have confidence to make a substantial purchase. So therein might be the opportunity for those who are willing to look. My response same for something like asset manager MN with it its two classes of stock. I'll leave it to you guys who'll make the effort to get to a buy decision. Fwiw, I'm waiting to see latest quarter report from asset manager WHG to see if I will add to my few shares. That one fits the simple aum criterion I'm looking for. ...although persistent insider selling is worrisome.
