Elmer - Re: "I see on the AMD website that there is a now 3.3V version of the K6!... Is this how AMD has solved their yield problems by jacking up the VCC still higher???"

You hit the friggin' JACKPOT!

AMD did EXACTLY what you said - they re-speced the K6 to a Vcc of 3.3 volts to get a better bin split at 233 MHz!

What a HOOT! and What a FRAUD!

AMD couldn't solve their speed/design/process problems so they just cranked up the voltage and generated a new DATA sheet!

A FRAUD - and Sanders claimed the speed problem was solved BUT NEVER SAID the part was re-speced which was AMD's "solution".

Sanders and integrity!
