Just goes to show how little real value Zillow contributes.

I've lived in North Seattle for more than six decades and sold real estate and managed properties for four.

There is no such place as North Maple Leaf. North of Maple Leaf is Northgate.

Comparing Tacoma and Seattle is like comparing Oakland and San Francisco. Close by geographically but a universe apart culturally.
