Appreciate the feedback. I spent about 20+ min on the phone with Alfers and spent another 20+ min going through the presentation/website. I'll concede that you know this company better, but some of my info was straight from the CEO (contract mining, recoveries, property position). Their land package south of the mine is in a checkerboard right now. Each section is only 500m which isn't very large if they do find something big. The CEO conceded this was a problem, but of course if someone else finds something they are also landlocked within PGLC's land package. I agree raising money won't be a problem, but want to see the terms. Given that they are already paying NSR's not sure I would want that added to any further. Will be watching for now. Longer term they may be able to get away from contract mining, but I don't see this happening in the first few years.
