Okay, let's concede that Advanced Materials is a failure. It's never going to get out of the hole that it is in. What's our alternative, what's the contingency? If Advanced Materials shuts the doors, the bloodletting ceases after one time charges. But Victor is still viable. And profitable. Anybody have any idea how to value Quadrax minus Advanced Materials? If Victor has decent margin and sales of $20M, Price/Sales of 0.5 would value the corporation at $10M. Divided by 40M shares equals $.25 per share. At least the stock price shouldn't go to zero. Other ideas? Roger
