Carter's idiocy is still costing lives today. He is responsible for the radical government in Iran.

Obama has trumped Carter. Obama is responsible for the radicalization of most of the rest of the Middle East. He owns the crisis in at least a dozen nations. Obama's incompetence will cost lives for several decades to come.
