I have always thanked Bulba for all the hard work. The fun of this is gone for me this year and I will have to re-think future years - hubris is interesting in oneself. I started off with a nasty post and edited it to what I wrote - I have policy of never sending out quick emails in real life and often slept on the worst ones and never sent them BTW.

I have nothing further to say on this topic for the rest of the year.
