jduffy, you tickle me. I think you need to do a little more dd to discover why so many have 'fallen in love' with this concept called Techniclone. Are you someone just looking for a trade? If so, be aware that TCLN has traded from about 3 to 7-8 the last two years.

Techniclone has always made traders nervous, I hope the reason being the upside potential, and probably more than a few of us have invested more than we can afford to lose, a classic mistake many savvy Wall Streeters look for. I think I speak for a lot of us when I say the risk is acceptable. I also say that those of us who are perhaps overextended have done our due diligence, and done it thouroughly. This stock has had so many dips this fall that I find it hard to believe there are still margin problems out there.

As far as the company being unfriendly to shareholders it probably is a matter of competence combined with whom the shareholder is. The new CEO will address this. And the street doesn't hate TCLN, the brokers don't even know it exists. What kills a bull market is not a bear market, but an indifferent one. The average broker has never even heard of TCLN, but the average biotech analyst has. And no broker is going to turn down the chance to make a client the kind of money that a Techniclone can realize.
