Hey John,
I have two scenarios for right now. One is generally sideways movement through June with a range of 2850 to 3200.

The other scenario is more immediate. It has more of a blow-off top like appearance with a major move to the upside starting in the very short term.

I know it doesn't make much sense, but I am not seeing any breakdown right now.

Could it be that we are climbing a wall of worry right now? Logic would dictate that everyone is freaking out about their smaller paychecks. But this wasn't a surprise. It would have been priced into the market already.

I don't know how we can have a bull going right now. Smaller paychecks, fuel prices rising again....The only thing that makes sense to me is that I expect continued downward pressure on the US dollar which makes the US market more attractive for trade and investment.

In the end, I don't see how it cannot end with tears, but for right now I am not bearish.
