I'm beginning to get a handle on how these Korean chables form their business plans. 1) Borrow Billions from the Japanese to build plants and subsidize exports of DRAM's SRAM's and poor quality auto's to the US. 2) then threaten default on the loans & borrow more money & devalue the Won; so they can keep on playing the same game a little longer at the expense of Japanese & US taxpayers. So much for free & open markets, I'm suprised TJ isn't screaming more vociferously than Appleton.
