I think cash real estate investors just wish there was more cheap real estate coming. The best deals, in a generation, to buy cheap real estate has just about reversed IMO. When inflation of materials catches up with real estate prices,those that walked away from their down payment money will kick them selves in the butt and have a lousey credit rating. Bob
