I do not have any experience with the HTC EVO V 4G or the Kyocera Rise (I didn't even know Kyocera made smartphones), but I have the Nexus 7 and is by far the best fastest easiest tablet I have ever used. Period. And on top of that I also use it as a phone. It is awesome. And so is my Nexus 4 and soon my Nexus 10.
