Like it, oh hell yeah ... this was inevitable, logical thing to do, only question was timing, and there are pros and cons to doing it earlier or later, either way ... management decided on now, they probably know better than the rest of us, and they're definitely committed - gpd is Bill's baby no doubt about it

The mining side will likely sell off, unless there comes great change of mood in the juniors, because i think most holders have seen most value in the royalty package ... and you have to wonder if the timing here has been stimulated by the recent court decision to have two classes of Yukon citizens, overlords and underservants, with companies doing productive operations being stuck in the latter ... but even without this, Ms Market doesn't like actual mining, hasn't for some time, so it'll likely trade so cheap i'll get stubborn and keep mine, watch it close for possible adding, since sooner or later the mood will improve and it's a project that stands reasonable chance imho

But the royalties side, hoo-hah, that's what it's all about for me ... no real significant cash flow for another year, so will stay discounted pretty severely for a while, still it's worth considerably more today once the mining is cleaned off it ... easy double by spring, at a minimum imho, and free mining shs thrown in
