Exactly the right move to eventually realize the full value of the royalty stream. As Marcos notes, the market has a very negative view of mining so BC was a weight on the share price and confused potential shareholders as to what exactly GPD is/was.

Having said this, it will be interesting to see how the market treats the news. Often Friday NR's are not viewed favorably so one questions the timing, especially with the U.S. market closed on Monday. Time will tell.
