Good points Mike. I didn't think about the Yukon Court decision. May have played a role in the timing.

Yes, it will be interesting to see if this presents a chance to pick up more shares on the cheap.

For me the critical factor is how many shares of the royalty company we get for our shares of the present company. I hope they do right by current shareholders.
