Well fellows if the record date becomes Jan 18th up to the halt then perhaps the stock remains halted while they finalize the details?

The old adage the Devil is in the details ( hate to use that)!

From PR:

The transaction

Details concerning specific transaction terms will be disclosed following tax and legal advice on the structure.

On closing of the transaction, shareholders of Gold Bullion Royalty as of the record date will hold the same percentage interest in Golden Predator Canada as they held in Gold Bullion Royalty. Golden Predator Canada intends to apply to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange or the Toronto Stock Exchange following completion of the transaction.

Same percentage may not translate into the same amount of shares if they deem the opportunity to reduce outstanding? Jus talking outloud here as it's anyones guess. Thoughts?

I assume the RK deal was necessary to raise funds given the time frame for what will be the GB royalty revenues to kick in. While no doubt a great asset it's fruitition is still a few quarters out. Would the market pay up $.75 to raise capital in this new entity given what is known? Maybe that is why the RK deal in the first place, as I doubt Bill got this idea from the message boards :-)

From PR:

Brewery Creek project, subject to a 2-per-cent net-smelter royalty (NSR) in favour of Alexco on the first 600,000 ounces of gold produced from the Brewery Creek project, following which the NSR will increase to 2.75 per cent. The company has the right to repurchase 0.625 per cent of the increased NSR for $2-million (which, if so acquired, would result in a 2.125-per-cent NSR on gold to Alexco).

Presently
Grew creek subject to a 4% NSR
Clear creek subject to a 3% NSR

Is Purchasing further Royalties on these projects feasible? Perhaps so? I'm not sure what % of royalty would begin to hamper a project? Or maybe they jus explore and sell?

I'm thinking this is highley positive news jus not sure if they trade monday or remain halted now until things are resolved.

Time to rest the grey matter and hopefully we know more monday.

I'll roll the Kids wisdom teeth for luck on Monday :-)
