WebObjects is the program used to make sites like the Apple Store. Front Page is designed to much more basic sites. You are comparing a Ferrari to a Hyundai in my opinion. It would be nice if Apple had a low-end web site publishing program, but many companies including Netscape give it away for free, so it probably wouldn't be too profitable.
