Silicon Investor is acquired by Knight Sac Media Holdings Corporation
Henderson, NV - January 19, 2013 - Knight Sac Media Holdings Corporation today announced that Silicon Investor, the storied technology investor community and message boards, founded in 1995 has been acquired from Snurf, LLC. Under the terms of the deal, Silicon Investor will become a wholly-owned property of Knight Sac Media. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
