I see no difference than if Nancy Lanza went out to (as you said) "Relaxing, getting drunk, losing one's inhibitions, having a good time", and then upon leaving she crashed into a school bus killing 20 children and six adults on board.

I recognize you weigh the same points differently and disagree, I thought this example might make my position clearer.
