I expect the millennials to start en masse any day now.

A huge trend held back by tight credit. Plus I read at least half of college grads since 2007 still do not have stable full time employment in their field of study..


The millennials are in their early 30s. They won't put it off much longer. And I don't think credit is nearly as tight as 3 years ago. In the past year, I have had a number of credit card solicitations.
