Mcbio: What excites me most about Prothena is their focus on misfolded proteins, which I think is an area with great potential. But given what I wrote in my previous post, I probably should limit the amount of money I bet on PRTA. Prothena plans to begin their first clinical trial early this year for AA & AL amyloidosis.
