Very interesting. The announcement was that the Transaction occurred on January 19, 2013. The domain name change occurred on December 31, 2012. Knight Sac Media was first registered on October 12, 2012. A thoughtful person might assume that it was a done deal in October. The rest was ironing out contracts.
