Sailing2, I'm very doubtful the timing has anything to do w/ the Yukon Court of Appeals decision. Look at all of these companies that have issued a NR including on Thursday and Friday Jan 18 and 19 respectively. I suggest to these company's NR timing had as much to do w/ the Court Decision and a bad news Friday NR as GPD (not!) What these companies and GPD have in common is that they are all in mining & they'll be at the show trying to get maximum mileage on good news. The last thing you want to do is to issue a bad news release the day before the conference amongst your peers. 31Floors
