Using your logic of gun control based on intended use, then why has the government shut down asbestos production and use? Alcohol deaths just in traffic accidents exceed asbestos deaths over five times.

But we can't ban alcohol, just salt and a 32oz Pepsi.

And asbestos.

No wait, we're banning a 32oz Pepsi because of it's intended purpose is to kill people?
