Does anyone know how PG spun out NSR? I can't help noticing that PG still owns 40% of Premier Royalty (NSR), whereas GPD is going to spin out everything to its shareholders. I think that is a powerful statement that GPD is going to do right by it's shareholders, that we end up with the SAME proportionate share of BOTH companies after the spin out as we owned on Friday before trading was suspended. I have better things to do than to research how PG did it.

On closing of the transaction, shareholders of Gold Bullion Royalty Corp. as of the record date will hold the same percentage interest in Golden Predator Canada Corp. as they held in Gold Bullion Royalty Corp. Golden PredatorCanada Corp. intends to apply to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange or the Toronto Stock Exchange following completion of the transaction.
