And the market likes it after opening too. At this point it is down to whether you trust GPD management to pull off the spinout in a way that benefits shareholders. Based on their track record that seems like a good bet to me. Speaking of spinouts, the second spinout from the old Galway, Galway Gold aka GLW, started trading today and is up nicely to 47 cents as I type. I think it will do well. LC
