I truely like to code and like a model that is based on freedom of speech and in turn there is no admin. All boards are run by their creator who determines the board rules. A general Terms of Use is all that would be required. I owned such a forum several years a go that had about 2,000 members and it ran very well. It's focus was the Retro Thunderbird but just like any other forum, adults are subject to behave like children as they (think) hide behind alter egos.
