should read "worked collaboratively with". The distinction is important, as there have been some heavy, repeated hints of a strategic alliance with a large company, and Seimens and/or GE are evident candidates. The BSD-2000/3D/MR is designed to retrofit to existing or new MRI machines, and the combo is very potent for cancer treatment. Here is a link that shows more about the combo.

MRI machines have sleds-on-rails for moving the patient in and out of the machine -- and to position him suitably. Thus, MRI images can be obtained for his whole body. And, with the BSD-2000/3D/MR attached to the sled, a tumor located anywhere in his body can be treated while following the progress in detail -- and the MRI machine provides the temperature pattern as well as the detailed images of the tumor and surrounding body parts! In fact, these detailed physiological images allow sophisticated, automated planning for the applied microwave-field heating pattern! This is an amazing development -- fundamentally far more desirable than inherently-hazardous radiotherapy!

I don't know if a different sled is needed, or not -- but I think not. It looks to me as though the BSD Medical machine is designed to be attached to the usual sled.

This link reveals much about the sophistication and high development level of the 3D/MR product:

There are many MRI machines out there -- around the world -- just waiiting for an upgrade that will allow them to become highly advanced cancer treatment systems!
