Deeno, I would prefer that the execs and employees would work for free, and not get any stock at all..... however, some seem to work harder if they're compensated in some fashion... I do think that the legal beagles are ambulance chasers...and are NOT working in our..the shareholders...best interests. This lawsuit, and many recent similar suits targeted at other companies...seem to be just the latest way to green mail companies. Best, S.
