There goes that projection thingy again. You need to stop that.

The minor is under the supervision of a parent, grandparent, legal guardian, or an adult acting with the expressed consent of the minor's parent or legal guardian and involved in lawful activity.


Or is it math skills you lack? Ok, try to follow along. That regulation applies to minors. Specifically those under the age of 18. Adam was 20. That means he was older than 18.
