I take the P90x workout vitamins.

Although I don't do the workout - I find them to be very good in boosting my immune system.

This fall every body around me had the flu when it got cold up in Wisconsin - I missed it.

Ditto down here in Houston as it got cold.

When I was runnig a lot of marathons - I found that when I was worn out from training -I'd be susceptible to upper respiratory infections . Especially if I went out and drank too much.

After training so hard it really PO'd me to miss the marathon.

Liquid Colloidal vitamins are what I took then.

They tasted terrible but where excellent also.

The P90X vitamins are 6 pills a day (I only take 3).

I also take fish oil, calcium, (since I fractured 2 vertabrae last year),vitamin D,, Lyc O Mato (for prostrate prevention) and Niacin for a good rush.<smile>

It really helps me prevent being sick. Not sure they'rs all necessary, but I'm very sure I'd rather pay for vitamins than wait in a doctors office full of sick people and pay a copay.

If you would like brands and MG - let me know.

Bob
