Here's a small cap high growth tech stock that just initiated a dividend. SIMO! Silicon Motion Announces New Share Repurchase and Initiates Quarterly Dividend finance.yahoo.com Separately, the board of directors of the Company has declared the payment of its first quarterly dividend of $0.15 per ADS which will be paid on March 4, 2013 to all shareholders of record as of February 21, 2013. That puts the yield at about 4%. SIMO earns about 40 to 50 cents per Q, so they've got some room to grow the dividend. If anyone has any question about them ask away, I've followed them for a few years.
