Some things have happened/are happening that make me disagree with that view. You mention two of them:

The BSD-500 has been FDA approved for some years, now and many are in use. And, the necessary Phase 3 trials for the BSD-2000 are showing strong efficacy over standard treatments – for a number of cancers. Further, the BSD-2000 has received an HDE approval for treating a cancer situation which has little to no alternative. Further yet, the potent “synchronous phased array” technique that makes the MTX-180 so effective has now been adapted to both the BSD-500 and the BSD-2000, importantly enhancing their effectiveness. Any FDA approval needed for these upgrades will be prompt, as the approved MTX-180 has established the technique as safe and effective. I wonder if BSD M will offer an upgrade “kit” for existing 500s and 2000s?
Also, a) the new contracts for 500s and 2000s in Asia and b) contracts in some entirely new areas (Russia being just one) portend a very sizable jump in sales, this year. So, I think the time is right for a strong ramp in sales for the big machines. But, I do agree, the usage of the MTX-180 will likely be the headline news for BSD Medical in FY 2013.

I feel confident the other machines will further fuel that storm! When would that storm become evident to the stock market? I’m thinking it will begin within the next two quarters (including the one we are in). |
