Perhaps Dubai¿

He would be my hero if he chose to resend his Citizenship and moved to Dubai!!

According to LLCF... "Tons of Wealthy people WANT to pay higher taxes. Really they do"

It is an interesting issue.

People tell me that if Phil chose to relocate to Dubai to reduce his tax burden, then that would be un-patriotic.

I tell them that Cigarettes are taxed at a high tax rate, if someone chose to quit smoking so they didn't have to pay the higher taxes, would they be "un-patriotic"?

Or that high Cigarette taxes are imposed to "dissuade" people form smoking.

What do you think "higher taxes on higher incomes" do?
